Returns and exchanges

Unfortunately due to all orders being custom cut we cannot offer return / exchange but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with you order, please contact us within 3 business days of your receipt. We will accept returns for any defects in manufacturing and or workmanship within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be less the shipping costs and refunded to you once the items are returned to Modern Vintage handmade. RMA (Return merchandise authorization) is required for all returns. Any return sent without RMA will be refused. All returned items must be uncut and in the same condition it was sent to you. Patterns and Books are non returnable. Custom orders and items on sale are not accepted for returns. Thank you. We strive to maintain our inventory however mistakes can be made. If we find that our inventory is off for any reason we will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible.
